We don't believe in the typical management structure that complicates most modern businesses. We have found that every member of our team is equally important. While we do have key contacts for our core departments, there is not real hierarchy. Our team works as a single cohesive unit that simply wants to get on with the job.

Graham Ernst
Grunt (General Operations)
Graham is a strange mix of creative and nerd with a knack for being able to solve problems. Graham has a wide range of experience in all aspects of graphic design including, corporate identity, web design, illustration, merchandising and photography. On the odd occasion he's even built sets and props. From a scripting and database perspective, he simply finds the best way to do something - and just does it.
He's worked for some of Australia's largest companies as a developer and designer, but is happiest here, where he can connect with clients and provide more personalised service and solutions.
Graham is a vegetarian (animal rights), loves old movies and will nearly aways be seen in torn jeans and a plain t-shirt, but don't judge him by his appearance, wait until you have seen the final product.
Troy Kelly
Geek (Technical)
While most of us have a extremely good grasp of technology - Troy is the king of the nerds.
Troy has many years of experience in such a diverse range of technologies that we would not know even where to start, but lets give it a go. Troy has working in may fields including software development, hardware installation, data centre design and management, voice systems, phone systems, system integration... should be go on?
Troy love white bread television (COPS, Destroyed in Seconds, Judge Judy) but don't let that bother you. This guy knows his stuff.
Justine Kelly
Sprooker (Sales)
Justine helps with the sales process from an administrative point of view. She is off having a family at the moment, but we hope she will come back real soon - we miss you Jussy
